I wish i didn't have to do this.But...The owner does not know what is going on at his guesthouse.The lady booked me ,i paid her in full amount on may 10th.We did ask her throughout the week just before we had to leave for sports to bloemfontein,she said no youre stil booked everything stil good.So on the day we were on our way to bloemfontein,she sent me a message that she moved us to another guesthouse,i was lie what!!! So there was alot of excusses3 whule i was adressing the why and the how...Nothing made Sense so i phoned the lady where she moved us to and she said shw could only help us for one night not for the rest of the week So we didn't have any other place to sleep..All guesthouses were fully booked or to expensive.We had a budget.So now we had to pay extra l i phoned alot of guesthouses on our trip to bloemfontein.The lady did refund us but the the fact that i paid on May and she told me on the day we dont have a place to sleep was unacceptable There are bad roomers going around and she refuses to give the number of her brother the owner who lives in Capetown.No one needs to bother him was the words. So im really sorry for the review but Lady you are causing your brother or brother inlaw his guesthouse.
