The service that I receive from DIY Superstore is at a top level. I can not just keep it for myself, I have to share it. All the people of all the departments that I have been dealing with have inspired me. The positive spirit has spread out to my construction team. Well done DIY and keep up with what you are doing.

In terms of service, great however coming from JHB and not used to such racial divide, it almost feels like I'm entering a post Apartheid Era. The way I'm approached as a white woman and spoken to is sad to see. I'm all about respect but this is just another level of approach. Almost like I'm the boss and he is the peasant. It's sad for me to see but again, this is not uncommon in bloem. Other than that, service was great.

This is my local to go store though about out of my way i can get most of my product here. Most of the Time I will rather bay from my nearest built it as the cost to travel for little stuff is not worth it going to DIY. What is my bad experience here is that there turn around on staff is extremely high and out of control. Do not expect discount from this store. For that go to builders mart or cash build.

Large variety of merchandise available, some at competitive prices. Fuel is quite a bit cheaper than other filling stations.
