It is a beautiful place to take pictures. I had a photoshoot for a modeling agency and it went amazing there was a lot of different places to take pictures and there's not a lot of people there so it was pretty peaceful.

Very interesting layout of this country's history during the Anglo-Boer War. Worth a visit. Lots of displays of period tools and equipment.

Beautiful place to picnic and see some of our rich history.

(The monument also has a very cool secret: if you sit against the wall on opposite ends facing each other you can talk softly against the wall and the person opposite you will hear you.)

This history has been well preserved.i could feel the despair of the women . A site worth visiting. Well done to all the organizers of the war museum
