The place has a good garden. It's a near guesthouse with children's play area. The art on the walls is great. Some rooms are good, a few are really good but one is magnificent, number 7. Room 3 is just an excuse, it's next to a linen storeroom which could have been the bathroom, just to match the others. They're stingy with soap and shampoo. They serve the same type of eggs for breakfast, the same yogurt flavour. The location is a little off town but very good, peaceful with no noise. The staff is very friendly.

Secretary on duty was VERY RUDE. She barged into our room while we were showering, demanding to speak to us "urgently". The room was dirty and dusty with gravy stains on the duvet cover.
Comfortable, but definitely not at best.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was to our satisfaction. Rooms clean and tidy. Most commendable. Price affordable. Receptionist friendly and most helpful.

Received the most trash service from this Guest house.
They make u pay without even communicating rules first.. at some point we were told to cover up our chests not show cleavage because it's a family environment! The audacity to tell that to guests!Unfortunately can't remember the ladys name, she even came to us rudely saying we must pay a fine for waking up a security personnel when we come from an event, she further argued that we must pay for 6 people when there were 5 people who slept there. We had to suggest she pulls a cctv footage, of which she failed to. School residences are better than this guest house . She then wanted us to sign the rules form the next day which we refused to sign because those rules were not communicated when making the booking.

Inexpensive neatly arranged rooms, friendly staff, conducive environment; the compound is spacious and equipped with a playground for kids. There is a pool and a lounge with snooker and table tennis. This guest house is highly recommended

We have received direction i time, and were welcomed by the friendly host. There is various options in rooms. Basic, suitable for one night bussiness trip, and more spacious luxary rooms. The facility is large, spacious, have a nice garden and pool. We were satisfied.
