I have loved Spar Heuwelsig for years. Today was shocking. Trying to buy meat that was apparently incorrectly marked on pamphlet. Manager on duty was the rudest person EVER!!!!! Shocking service from Thomas. If something is marked incorrectly, the store gibes at the incorrect price.

If they adhered to their store times I would shop there on Sundays. Many people that I have spoken to and found at the store have expressed disapointment at their lack of communication of early closing. To avoid disappointment I now drive the extra distance to Checkers Woodland Hills without probably wasting my time there. Johnny come back.

One of the best Spars in Bloem. Warm and friendly place. Very good meat and good prices in general. I enjoy shopping at Spar. Oh and the Boerewors and sosaties they sell outside are theee best and cheapest!!

P.S They have new ownership and everything has changed including the prices have skyrocketed. Watching this space carefully

Sorry, but I have to edit my review. We bought wors rolls and skildpaadjies by the braai stand, cant believe the standard has dropped so much. Terrible cheap wors and cheap skildpaadjies, had to throw it away. The other day I bought steak that was off.
