I was referred by the clinic sister at Preller Plein that Northridge would do Covid vaccination walk-ins today, 27/04.
However when I went there, the clinic sister was extremely rude and dismissive in no uncertain terms, and said that I could not expect of her to do a vaccination when she was the only sister working. I found it strange, since she was slumping in her chair whilst being too preoccupied to even look up from her phone - and there were no other people waiting to be served.
I got the distinct impression that she just did not feel like helping me.
This is the most unprofessional behaviour I have ever experienced from any medically trained person, and I will never set foot in any Dischem again.

Went for the booster vaccine.
No observations were done, before and after the vaccine.
The vaccine was injected into the left arm which is the arm I write with. As far as I know the vaccine should be injected in the arm you don't write with.
My first vaccine was given at Universitas Hospital. The service there was outstanding compared to the service I received at Dischem.
Very disappointed.

Excellent pharmacists and the selection of makeup and hair products to health and special products for allergies are all in stock as well as anything else you can think of. Super friendly staff and cashiers. Definitely my favorite place to get everything done in one place.

Had my vaccination today, and I am over the moon with the service and support I got from the staff. The people inside and outside the vaccination building were friendly, patient and professional. Everything was organized to perfection.
Thanks again for the best experience I had so far with medical service.

I’ve only had one encounter with them via online shopping and to say the service was excellent is an understatement. I was notified of every step of the ordering process.
Goods delivered carefully packaged, sealed with tamper proof and on top of that instead of the 7-10 day delivery period, mine came in 4 working days.

Covid vaccinations, very slow and inefficient. They assist those in wheelchairs first to the detriment of those waiting in the queue. Since there is an almost constant arrivals of basketcases in wheelchairs, the queue is moving very slowly. Bring a hat, the sun and weather will kill you before Covid does. ????????????????????

Staff at the paypoints are very helpful and so friendly, but the assistant pharmacists however, quite rude and gives the impression it's so much trouble to help customers. I'd rather go to clicks for meds, will buy other necessities at dischem though.
