I had my fiance's engagement ring designed here. Their pricing was much better than any other place (and the valuation of the ring much higher than what I paid) and they had an amazing can-do attitude...
The design that I had in mind was very intricate and challenging, and many jewelers that I asked to make it said it is impossible, others made major adjustments to it and quoted me on their less desirable modified designs. They said they could do it though they hadn't made anything like it before. The ring was finished in less time than they suggested it would take and, as I requested, I was able to see the ring after each and every phase of production.
They patiently described the whole process of the ring production and were able to recommend materials and gems that would be perfect for what I wanted to do. The design that was made based on my drawings and descriptions was exactly what I wanted and they even designed and suggested some extra features to it that I loved.
When it was produced I could see the fine craftsmanship and quality of the ring as well as its gems. It is truly a work of art and my fiance loves it...
Then, something happened that made that one of the gems fell out and was lost. They explained what happened and, being a kind of ring they hadn't made before, they weren't able to predict this. Without any questions asked they replaced the gem and repaired the ring for free. They also used a new technology to make sure that it wouldn't happen again.
