I miss the days when Antonio or his sister was still around. Customer service was everything. Now you call and get responses like" I don't know if we are delivering today, let me ask the guy" or you have to call them to respond WhatsApp, when asked about delivery fee they can't put a price on it. I'm very dissatisfied with the service I got. I used to eat there on a daily when I was a student, from when that restaurant opened 2014. So much when I come to Bloem I never want to live without eating there.
