If you like running or jogging this is the mountain for you. Not only that but I also enjoy chilling up here with my wife, enjoy the nature feel this place gives, sometimes we are lucky enough to spot a few wild life up close and personal ????. I also love visiting the planetarium up here...time to time they have events in the planetarium and its beautiful out there. I wonder how the management sustains this place since its free to enter!???? however heyy????beautiful park up here.

Interesting and impressive larger than life statue that towers above the park visitors. Some nice structures or viewing platforms built out over the park. Go mid morning for best results. The afternoon there were 3 busloads of young school kids so it became too busy. And it's a pity that the restaurant and coffee shop is closed. But I hear the owners want to much rent. So instead, it remains empty for some years.

Beautiful spot. Great view over Bloemfontein. Loved the wild life up hear. Wildebeests, zebra, buck, even giraffes. However it lost a star due to lack of maintenance. Disappointing to see litter.

This park was amazing! There are giraffes, ostriches and much more wildlife running free there. It has a 5k trail and so many other trails to explore.

It's a very beautiful place to be at, on you don't just see the statue of UTata Nelson Mandela, but there's also a very beautiful view of the city of Bloemfontein, you are able to view most of it and admire the beauty from the top, and also there are animals to view over there,

It's a nice place to view the city of roses, Bloemfontein and the Mandela statue. Whenever I'm in Bloemfontein, I visit this site to chill.

Beautiful big statue on Naval Hill. Nelson Mandela is looking over Bloemfontein. I think that the statue's face doesn't look like Nelson MAndela
