The carpet in the room seemed dirty. When I had to prepare to sleep the bedding had stains on it and the supposed to be bottled water in the room tasted like tap water. Overall not a nice experience from the hotel.

Very poor service. The toilets in the rooms did not flash. No wifi connection the food is not of good quality ???? chefs tok long to prepare food .. took long to start serving us. The room mat are dirty. The pool is not clean.

the carpet is quite dirty and room is quite dirty. when I reported for plugs not working and air conditioning no one bothered coming and I waited no one came to help. The bathroom is dirty and it seems like it has been cleaned in a long time and I was trying to take a bath the water too cold. So I don't recommend this hotel for you

Very nice and kind people in charge… all workers always have a smile in their faces and they show interest in helping… sadly in the 7th floor in some hours in the morning there is no running water and wifi signal is not efficient inside the room… I hope those things are fixed in the future

Not a great experience at all, building is run down, my bedroom wasn't clean , the water was not hot for a shower, other people staying in the building having parties , shouting and screaming , staff doing nothing about it . Breakfast was poor and staff super disrespondent to thier job and customers. Horrible experience all round.

Everything is just not okay, food is horrible, mayonnaise are not fresh, kitchen staff is not friendly and we are limited to what we eat. You would swear that food was prepared by minors. In the morning when we came for breakfast the restaurant was dirty (see pictures attatched) also the hotel is under staffed. I really hate this place and not coming back after this stay.
