Visited two weeks ago and found 3 vegan Big Fry burger patties in broken packaging. I gave them to the manager to have them replaced. When I returned yesterday I found the same 3 broken pakages placed back in the same fridge. UNACCEPTABLE. Unfortunatly there are no negative minus star ratings available to rate them.

The Butchery is awesome,great quality meat and produce.Always very helpful . They had cut this 1kg T-bone for me.
The best buthery at a Pick and Pay in SA by far !!????????????????

About an hour ago I purchased one of those milk tarts that are placed near the entrance of the store. I cut a slice and dug in only to realise it is off. It literally tasted like Maas with cinnamon drizzled on it. This has been a massive inconvenience and I utterly dissapointed. Fully donnot recommend those milk tarts. Rha.

Just visited Pick/Pay family store at Rendezvous Center Langenhovenpark, Bloemfontein - wanted to buy mince - two packs available, with expiry date, dated 23.09.2020. Totally shocked, the meat was off - very off and discolored already. Showed it to the manager - IT IS UNACCEPTABLE! Not even one star! This store is really going in the wrong direction - especially the last few years; always a problem with some products not being available; and the store is really not very clean - really concerned about health issues.

THE WORST!! PnP Hypermarket Woodmead Gauteng is one of the worst customer experience and getting worse by the day. The staff are obese militant rude individuals who when asked to assist ignore the customer and continue their conversation as happened ONCE AGAIN yesterday. Some inexperienced individual decided to re merchandise the clothing section into clothing items and not departments. When asked for assistance from the rude staff members, no words can describe the unprofessional disgusting manner the customers are treated! When asked to speak to the store manager the same disgusting staff replied "they busy no time for this rubbish"!! The day you close these disgusting stores that have no right to exist the better. PLEASE PnP go spend some time at a Checkers store and LEARN how to treat customers - Woolworths is way out of your league and a waste of time trying to compare let alone compete with. THE WORST OF THE WORST.... once again PnP successfully loses more customers. No surprise their financials speak for themselves. Will no longer be a shareholder AND definitely no longer a customer - a total waste of time and money!!

Terrible Merchandising and various managers with attitude ruins an otherwise good PnP. There is All Bran Flakes for R199.00, and almost every shelf DAILY has an unpriced or incorrectly priced item - please go see for yourself . This particular Pnp is also very low on stock when there is big specials, and often only get it later. Cashiers are disrespectful

Best PnP in Langenhovenpark they always have everything and the staff is friendly and helpfull.
