The rooms are comfortable. Photos seem nicer than the actual hotel. Has basic facilities, all clean and new. Staff is wonderful, welcoming and friendly. Everyone greets you with a smile. There's no gym. And the zoo next door is closed. A big disappointment as it was the main reason I chose this place.

The rooms are clean, but needs some TLC wrt maintenance. The restaurant and bar is nothing to get excited about. The venue wreaked of oil/extractor fan not working. Service or lack thereof needs attention. Reception staff were amazing.

Further to my earlier review please do not blame the conference for the music. I was personally with your receptionist at 02h30 when he turned off the music in the bar. And again at 06h30 it was the bar music that started. I witnessed it with my own eyes. It's even more bad taste that you blame the conference for the music. Your receptionist even told me that they forgot to turn off the music.

Welcoming reception, quick check in, nice clean room, seen through shower next to the bed, basin outside the toilet next to the shower , no fridge in the room !!
Although I’m elite status, I’m in for one night and phoned earlier to confirm I’m coming, this room has no view , no fridge!!!
Although I mentioned to the reception please make it a very nice room with a fridge and best you have, still just like the last time, I must complain to get a better room , I arrived 10:30pm I’m tired

Best food u0026 scenery????????. The other side of the Hotel is actually inside Bloemfontein ZOO????????????. Outside the Hotel restaurant there are Peacocks, so friendly that you'd not want to leave ????????????????????????????

No fridge, and no rugs on a tiled floor in winter season, but i give them high marks for cleanness, comfort and food????

Had a great stay: the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming when checking in, and they recognized my Bonvoy status. Would def recommend to anyone looking to stay in Bloem!
