A consistent level of service and friendliness that I have not experienced in a long time. And I travel a Lot! Staff seem to enjoy their work rather than just doing it for a salary. With the beautiful room and good food it was really a pleasure to stay here!

We stayed over on Sunday and arrived exhausted after our wedding the night before. We received excellent service and our short one night stay was made very special by the staff who went out of their way to make our stay memorable! Thanks for the coffee and honeymoon platter!

Staff are very friendly. The food was well prepared. Only issue I had was waking up with itchy bites. Not sure if it was a mozzie, although my windows were closed, or something else. I did raise this with reception. All in all a pleasant stay.

Had a beautiful stay at the branch of Protea hotel. It’s clean, has friendly staff food is on point and they topped it off with contemporary drinks for women on Women’s day ????. Peaceful atmosphere ????????

Spent two nights here last weekend and found the check in process really easy and quick even though we didn't have a booking. The room was really clean and neat. You're welcomed by a comfortable bed and soft pillows with a full bathroom with bath. Out of the two breakfasts we had on each morning, the Saturday one had us questioning if we should eat there the day next day and the Sunday breakfast run by Sizwe was absolutely incredible. Huge difference between the two days. Nonetheless, it was worth checking in there as Protea never disappoints.

Very beautiful hotel, with excellent food and service. This hotel has a small pool and reasonable parking.
