I see the whole boat idea but I cannot sleep, theres a noise in the room, its refered to as a fan extractor for the shower so it cannot be switched off, I am standing next to the window just to take sips of air, because i am literally suffocating. I wish i looked at the pictures when I booked this place ????, I am sorry but this is the worst experience of my life i feel like crying ????.The guy at the reception is lovely though.

So disappointed. Booked a one night stay with my 2 kids under under 10. Upon arrival at 19h00 be were informed that they cannot check us in due to load shedding there systems are down. After a 9h drive this is very frustrating.

We couldn't believe that a hotel will have no generator. Electricity went off at 6 room dark. Couldn't shower to go and eat. 8 o clock power went on no hot water. No one came to us to ask to we need a candle. Tired driving 700 km and no lights. Yes blame Eskom but you should by now have a generator. Price per night ridiculous

No generator, we arrived at 21h30 and we were told there’s nothing can be done, we must wait for electricity which is predicted to arrive at 10h15 or so…. What if we have arrived at 8pm? Why is this hotel not using a manual system as a back up? What type of a hotel doesn’t have a generator? I’m tired and upset.

Stayed here for the week. Every day you need to take keyboard for room to reception to have it coded again. And no breakfast available

I was there the other day when there no water but people there were very nice and they informed us about the water crisis before i can book my room, they told us there was pipe that was burst and the whole of Bloemfontein didn't have water, but they promised us water will be restored early morning and the following morning water was there, great service!!
