This has to be the absolute worste experience I have ever had at a lodge, resort, Bu0026B, etc. by far! The rooms were not at all ready by the time we checked in. The staff had the worst attitudes regarding the issue. The layout of the rooms are terrible, no thought went into the placement of the furniture. The shower head sprays directly into the door, which isn't sealed, turning the very small bathroom into an indoor swimming pool.
The taps are too close to the basins, making it unusable. The fridges had the nastiest smell. The parking layout is also terrible.
They tried to force too much into the small space they had available, rather than using it wisely.
Price is way too high for the service we got, I would 10/10 recommend everyone to STAY AWAY!
Worste. Experience. Ever.

1. Requested earlier bookin time...room not ready
2. Came back 2 hours later, after normal bookin time, room was not ready
3. Shower head installed to face the shower door....everything under water
4. Poor dog walking around in venue......totally afraid and emaciated.
5. Shower head rusted
6. Cups stuck to tray.....dirty dirty dirty!!!!!
Totally disgusted by establishment.

David was friendly, made excellent breakfast. Letlabile was always friendly and helpfull.
The housekeeping was done after 2 o'clock, the towels were most of the time old, torn and stained.
My room shower drain were blocked, it was reported on Wednesday morning 25 may, then Friday 27th again, again on the Sunday 29th directly to the owner (IT) and nothing was done when we left on Tuesday 31 May.
Some guests brought there owm alcohol on the premises and party till urly morning and desturbed most of the other guest. David tried his outmost best to contain the parties, even phoned the police, but without any success.
The owner must make serious effort to correct the mistakes before it gets out of hand.

The room was beautiful and the DSTV menu provided a variety of channels. The internet connection was good. The aircon was not working properly and the bar fridge smelled bad. Overall mixed emotions.

Rooms was not cleaned on our arrival after 14:00. Room numbers was changed to accommodate people that booked after us. Towels are in such a state and not clean.

I previously gave this Bu0026B 5 stars, Today I am shocked. First a mess up with booking. The room booked for 2 has only 1 towel with a hole in ????. Apparently the towels are still wet??? Seriously!

Great service, beautiful and luxurious, workers are very kind and a very cute dog too ????
