The most horrible place I’ve ever had the displeasure of sleeping in. The blankets reek of urine, the pillows are covered in stains and the towels are old and musty. Very dissatisfying. I wouldn’t not recommend this accommodation to any living soul. Absolutely putrid

The rooms were over priced the blankets , towels were old as hell , the TV didn't have Netflix it had opened view with only 90 something channels plus it was those all TV's and also on top of that they charged R500 for one night they don't even include breakfast to be honest I'm surprised this place is still running it should be closed by now

I have used the place for the past 5 year and have watched it deteriorate with each visit. The place is not worth the price they are charging. As I'm typing this there is a party in the room next to mine and I tried complaining to the manager on duty but nothing happened. It is past midnight with people trying to sleep.
I will never come back to this place, for that price one can get a decent accommodation in the same area.

I had a bitter sweet experience at this inn. The place is very clean and has secure parking. I forgot my boots and it took me three visits to get them. A white receptionist told me she would phone me if she finds the boots. On 2 occasions she made promises. Then I went there at night and a black man gave me my boots.

Facilities were neat. However, unprofessional, unwelcoming, bad communication.

My good mannered, professional, old Muslim parents, aunt and uncle were kicked out. They weren't provided with a reason as to why despite asking nicely. They stayed there in good faith and believed they adhered to all the rules. No fuss was made and shortly in packing up, big men in official pickup up trucks and uniforms arrived, who proceeded to sternly urge them to leave and waited until they were gone. It is especially unacceptable and unprofessional to act that way considering that people would ordinarily stay there for easy access to the hospital for visits, and are either concerned or in the process of losing a loved one.

We were not impressed because the 1st time were there to make enquiries on the 13/02/2019, they showed us a room which was beautiful, with microwave and fridge, but when we booked they gave us an expensive room with the double bed and TV ONLY.
That day we bought some stuff that needed a fridge as it was advertised before. We were so disappointed.
If we knew earlier we would have gone to other places which have all what we needed and at a cheaper price. I am still disappointed because they gave us wrong impression when we made enquiries on the 13/02/2019.
