KPA Student Accommodation

KPA doesn't even deserve a single star, I regret ever choosing to stay at this place. It's my first year in their accomodation, it haven't even been 6 months staying here and already I'm not happy with their service. I have been complaining about the lights but they still haven't fixed them. It's been 2 month since I complained and there's still nothing. They are too quick to fine us for something we didn't do but too slow to attend to our requests.

Wouldn't recommend for first years,too quick to charge us extra amount without checking if we are safe or not,People don't go home during recess due to personal reasons of course and we all will be charged for extra electricity????u200d♀️communication skills are on ground floor????????u200d♀️when it comes to finances i don't even want to dwell KPA is not for student who are not financially stable KPA is inconsiderate yet too quick to kick one out if they are behind with rent money,most of their staff is rude more especially those working In the office,honestly can't wait to leave this horrible place.

You pay for your own electricity they don’t care if you have money or not and if things get broken they don’t even bother fixing them Notice how the 5 stars are from white students ..just don’t

This place doesn't even deserve a single star for the treatment they gave to a friend of mine. There have been accusations against my friend and they never even cared to investigate, she had to do their job for them and investigate who really has been behind the parties. They terminated my friend's contract without hearing her side of the story and then ma angie contacted her parents and didn't even give them straight facts about the whole ordeal and she even told them she doesn't attend classes when she doesn't even know her schedule (Where does she enter in people's personal lives)and my friend wasn't even allowed to have friends over but KPA allows people to live with their significant others. My friend has been complaining about some issues she has with her room and the lights in the house but yoh is KPA so quick in terminating contracts without solid proof, they even wanted to fine her saying she vandalized some property where in fact they are unable to maintain their own houses. I honestly do not like how they treated my friend because they even promised her meeting whereas they will get to the bottom of who really has been having parties but they never did. I honestly would not recommend KPA to anyone and to actually think that I was considering of having a contract with them but after hearing of the ill-treatment they give I decided not to and especially a woman called ma angie is very disrespectful to the tenants because it's not the first time I have been hearing complaints about her.

This "company" does not deserve even a single star. They have complete disregard for the law and their tenants. Many people including myself have had their deposits held for months and keep getting told lies day after day. Do not associate yourself with this "company".

I would not know where to start. Zero stars!
Poor maintenence to no maintenance .
Poor communication.
Overcharging.
No accountability.

The worst ! They don't care about the safety or well being of the students .
The rent is far more than what we agreed on . We are constantly being charged for small things . And the service is just bad . If you are looking for accomodation for your child or yourself . Please do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else .
