Spacious rooms, great service, the cost comes with buffet breakfast. No mini fridge in the room. Parking is secure. A good stay about R 1 300. The view is just a city view nothing special. If you're looking for a place to stay it's worth it the free WiFi is an added bonus especially for business people needing connectivity.

Very welcoming staff. Friendly and helpful smiles all over the establishment. Had issues with my aircon but otherwise it was awesome. The food was above the par. Fantastic place!

It's still a nice place to stay even though the standard has really deteriorated from what it used to be a few years ago. It used to be very classy from the minute you step in you would feel like royalty. Not the same anymore - but it is a fairly good place to stay away from home.
Staff members - love what they are doing, some are just working because it's a job (and the line is very thin between the two in this industry). Especially front desk, this can kill or make this kind of business - and quiet frankly I think some still need lots of training on how to handle and welcome patrons. Talking from the experience that we got when we got there one and half hour before check in time - having driven since early hours of the morning from another Province and denied to even change in a bathroom or guest loo; as we were heading to an important function. Believe me we checked in at 22h45 when we came back from the function. What an experience! While we had booked for the entire weekend. If we didn't have such a busy weekend ahead, we would have gone somewhere else just because of that cold treatment.
Otherwise, breakfast is great and the kitchen staff are awesome - friendly and professional.

They have welcome snacks at the reception, which is something that I have seen in a while since COVID. The room was okay, food buffet was delicious but the room service had very limited options. Otherwise it's a clean, quiet place

The staff was not only friendly but kind and made sure we had more than we bargained for. Great customer care. I told them that made us feel at home and promised that I will always stay at this hotel whenever I'm in Bloemfontein. Gratitude!!!

Bed is big and room are clean u0026 quiet. Buffet breakfast and dinner was nice, with variety to choose from. The two days I was there the menu was different which is rare with most buffet places. The skyway link to Mimosa mall is a plus for me ❤️
