On 16 July 2022, I went to Spitkop Aquarium u0026 Pets very reluctantly. I was looking to buy a few pet bunnies. I expected the worst, based on the negative reviews I saw of this pet shop.

But I was surprised. The young man who assisted me was very helpful. The pets I bought were all healthy and happy. I have a positive impression of the Spitkop Pet shop. The young man who assisted me went all out. I was very impressed. I even told him that I appreciated his efficiency and customer service. And told him that what I was seeing was the opposite of the many negative reviews that some customers had made of the place.

Keep up the good work, Spitkop!

My absolute favorite petshop!
Has everything you need and new animal friends if your looking for a new fluffy,feathery or scaly companion. Very friendly people and great customer service

It is a great petshop. A bit more expensive than others in the area, but you can find animals here that is no where els in Bloemfontein. The only reason I give a 3 star rating is an employee at the reptiles area has the warmth of a reptile towards children and none existing people skills.

I'm not a big fan of petshops, but I have to say it seems Spitskop is taking good care of there animals and that makes me happy to see. There service is also excellent and everyone working there is very kind and heart warming. Thanks you Spitskop Aquarium u0026 Pets for always having a good experience at your petshop. BEST IN BLOEM

Large variety of pets and products are available. Prices are quite high, and staff aren't the friendliest you'll find. Open 7 days a week, which is great

The people at the reptile do not know anything she did not even Want to go look if they have rats I am very upset start looking for new people ????
