The services is terrible and slow the staff is unfriendly and not very helpful. I had to get up and walk in side to the waitress to place my children food order. Our table was not cleared when we finish drinks and waited for the food, the menu was also not taken away at anytime during our visit. The was an elderly lady and her grandson that waited 15 minutes just to get menus and other couple that alsi sit for 10 minutes before being assisted for the first time.Lucky the food and drinks was on the normal Wimpy standard but I prefer to visit Northridge Mall Wimpy.

Rather disappointing. It used to be great but the last 2 times I got the same waitress and the service was dreadful. First bad experience we waited half an hour for our drinks, when we went in to ask what was going on they finally served it. Second time the food took ages, the waitress didn't check on us once, we eventually went and asked for drinks because they were finished. Suddenly, again after having to go in and complain, our food was served. It's sad that one employee can cause a business to loose customers. I had hoped the first time was just a bad day but after dealing with this twice in a row, we won't be going back.

Ahhh what is there to say... it was 3 years ago that I was there and it was a lovely place to sit relax and have some food and drink. Wimpy is got a great name to it and they food has always been great and tasty ( getting a bit smaller. .lol) so I'm sure that after 3 years it is still a nice place to come with a family and have a little meal. I just enjoy wimpy and it will always be a favourite place to pop in after a drive

I like most people enjoy wimpy burgers and I had very often frequented this wimpy in pretty gardens. I have not been here in a while and decided to have a burger today... that was a mistake. I have been told it is under new management and to be honest I dont think they know what they're doing. I have always gotten freshly and well prepared food and this was not the case today. Half my fries were undercooked and the burger was overcooked, the patty had burn Mark's on it and I it was tougher than it should have been and the buns were toasted to the point that they were burnt. What appeared to be the manager cause she was dressed in a black shirt brought my food, I mentioned the burnt bread and she just walked away and proceeded to go sit and look at her phone. Safe to say I will never return to this wimpy again.

Okay place for a breakfast, outside under the trees is best, but waitering is unfortunately very slow and you will need to have a lot of time if planning to go. Food okay, but overpriced. Alcohol is now served here, so could now work for a casual lunch date.
