We recently spent a night at Warm Karoo for a friends wedding. Staff went above and beyond to make the day and night incredibly memorable. The gardens are beautiful and the food was a highlight! Absolutely stunning venue for any event.

Was not a very pleasant experience. Electricity problems. I would not recommend anyone to stay over at Warm Karoo for the hefty price they are asking per night, with sub standard service. We did not feel very welcome. And the owner made us feel like we are troubling him so much, with basic service requests.

The catering and the venue was very nice except for the electricity problems. But I would not recommend anyone to stay over at Warm Karoo.

What a stunning venue! All in one. Your number one stop for any function. Most especially parties and weddings. I highly recommend it. So clean, so beautiful and so classy!

Food was delicious, but no back up when their transformer blew in the middle of our function during a storm...had to constantly request feedback on issue..the feedback was " this happens sometimes". So if it happens sometimes why not have a back up???? The Manager also seemed irritated with us wanting answers.

Attended a wedding. Food was outstanding. Need to get better backup plans for example electricity issues. Management can also try and be more people friendly.

Beautiful grounds but very dissapointed in rooms. Substandard beds not comfortable. No privacy to go to loo. Back door of the unit cant close properly. Maybe a good venue to do a function but would not recommend staying over. Breakfast was oky.

Had the most horrible experience at a wedding on 16.4.2022. The staff at food station (meat) is rude, the food portions is small. My first time at the venue and will not recomend Warm Karoo and Kitchen to anyone.
