I arranged to set up a beautiful table and hotel stay for my 9 year anniversary. I proposed to my beautiful girlfriend at the time. The experience and the environment were exquisite. Beautiful detail in the hotel room and the dinner set up was even better! I want to thank everyone for the awesome experience! A definite must visit and stay over if possible.

To the waiters that helped with this special event they were excellent, extremely professional and friendly!! Felix, Alfred, and Herbit!! You guys made the entire experience from when arriving to when leaving magical and awesome!!!
Last but not least, I never got to meet them but the chefs were amazing the food was incredible!!

The staff are friendly and always willing to assist. The restaurant offers great food, reasonable priced, and the breakfast is always fantastic. Great place to say for business as the access to OR Tambo and surrounding highways make for easy travel.

Afrique is really tucked away however close proximity to East Rand Mall. The establishment leans heavy traditional design with a dark feel due to colour palette. A freshen up on style would be beneficial.
Lots of staff hanging around the front desk. There is no orientation given or information on where to find anything, you're just handed your key and pointed in the direction of your room. I did not have any breakfast info or wifi so l did not use either service. It has more of a guest house feel. The beds are comfy u0026 clean however my bathroom floor towel did have some stains on. My sleep was disturbed by other guests exiting their rooms around 4am u0026 the heavy passage door being opened u0026 closed. Has potential to be more with some work on modernising the place u0026 equipping staff with more than a smile.

Convenient location for the O.R. airport. Not very large room but with comfortable bed. Excellent the breakfast and the dinner. Good service, careful and kind.

It's such a hidden germ. Beautiful, cozy environment. The food was very tasty and appetizing

Dinner and breakfast were the ????Two rooms were suggested for my group, 2 kids and 2 adults, both rooms had 2 single beds even though I requested a double bed for the other room, we get there I'm asked if those people are also checking in, I'm like yes I booked two rooms, and the lady tells me mam we have to charge you extra for each kids huh ????did I book 2 rooms for me and my husband?no mam each room Is allocated for one person we charge for extra towels, needless to say I did not get the extra towels in my room but I was charged still the kids didn't use the towels either???? I ordered hot water with lemon and the waitress tells me we charge that as tea huh!!!all in all it's a nice hotel, not friendly if you suffering from sinuses because the furniture is wood and they apply wood oil or something
