Boksburg North Clinic

This clinic should be closed or a second one opened in Boksburg North.

The staff is rude and incompetent, inconsiderate and very slow.

I came her a week before made to return home as there is to be a staff meeting @ 2pm n I came here at 6am..only to be let in the clinic at 12 midday and toll be told of a meeting during working hours...wooow I'm shocked...they took down my name and date of birth and said I'll b assisted 3days later.

Guess what 3days later I come back 2b told to wait...wait till they get back 2me....

Well I'm still waiting.
An administrator named Trevor took my information and right now when i mention him I'm given attitude..

Dear minister of Health can you please hear our cry...we are sick n tired of this staff here in Boksburg North Clinic ...they cannot handle the number of people you have trusted them with..can we perhaps get a second Clinic or a reshauffling of staff..bring nurses who understand and who actually care more about our lives than coming ongoing from work only.

Where do I even begin....

Today was my first and last time visiting this public facility and I regret even going there. The rudeness of most people who work there is disgusting and disturbing to say the least. Pregnancy is a fragile time in a woman's life and I believe pregnant women should be treated and spoken to with care. Patients are disrespected and spoken to like they are kids who do no understand or cannot take an instruction. After waiting to be assisted for over 4 hours, we were eventually told that only a certain number of us will be assisted. I believe this should be communicated early. Public servants should be taken on a course to remind them of the oath they took to take care of people... The treatment that people are given is very disturbing.

worst service ever i wont ever ever ever recommend anyone to go there they are so rude to the people cant explain to them properly on whats going on even if you a pregnant its so bad they scream at you for just asking a question they should just close their doors for good

Don't ever go to boksburg north clinic if you want to test for Covid they make you wait 3 hours, while they just walk around, having fat conversations with colleagues, they don't want to work.

The worst experience in my life, long que's, no assistance whatsoever, and the unending wait, the most useless and unhelpful, incredibly rascist staff who won't assist a white child. What is this country coming too.

I've been waiting so long outside in the cold and not even one nurse assisted any of us on time. I'm a pregnant woman and can't stand too long . Imagine If I miscarried in the que ?? Such a useless clinic!
