Very poor garden service, when you whatsapp Lourens with pictures of their poor service he makes promises to fix the issues and then doesn't pitch up.
This is how they clean your flower beds. I have spoken to him many times and tried to resolve this (happened a few times more than 5) Last service they only cut the grass and didnt attend to the beds. Do yourself a favor and look for another service.

The guys always do a good job , they listen if you ask them specifically what to attend to in the garden , however they do not follow set times at all and change it up every week to suit them and not the customer . The admin has no idea how to control this either and just don’t help at all.

The first month of signing the contract, the garden service came to do our garden. I opened our main gate for them to enter and they just sat in their bakkie outside and did nothing. The team wasted my time for 20 minutes, very unprofessional. The sales gentleman of the company stated, I will have the best service, but it never happened.
