What a huge store... Probably need more than a day and a half to explore the whole warehouse... Was such a fun experience just to see everything that you can't afford ???? they probably have everything you need for anything.
Coffee shop made my day, plant based milks making it a vegan friendly experience..

Worst service i received today don't even fit for one star, came in the store to buy a stove found it before i pay, i asked when can they deliver since i needed it agently they said they don't know when but adviced me to find a private car outside which i did. I payed for the 4 plate Defy stove at R3299 then went to collections to wait for my stove.... Only to find out that the stove is out of stock which no one said anything about when i was doing the payment, ok then i asked what can be done since i have paid for the stove and im in agent need of!! They said its either they refund me my money which will take 24 to 48 hours, they don't know at which shop they can get the stove and if they do still i will get it next week or i take a displayed one which they can't discount further as the stove is already on promotion. Im so hurt as i payed full amount for a displayed because a sales person didn't bother to check the stock availability before sending me to the cashier and the manager at collections couldn't at least give a discount for the displayed stove which i ended up taking since they left me no choice. Got home and do the installation,no screws for the splashback.. Im really disappointed and hurt having to pay for mistakes done by builders staff and no one willing to help fix the problem

I have visited Builders Warehouse quite often recently.

I have only experienced THE best service, friendliness and expertise every single time. Today was no exception. Every person I dealt with in the various sections were extremely helpful, clued up....and went above and beyond to meet my needs.

Hats off to such an amazing team. You make shopping a delightful experience indeed.

Excellent service.

Vast selection in every department.

I can recommend this branch with the greatest of pleasure.

One stop shop for all your DIY and outdoor requirements. I found everything I needed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The store layout is logical and easy to navigate with all departments well marked. I did battle to find prices for two items but didn't wait long for one of the staff members to scan the item and look up the price. The checkout was quick and efficient. Overall a pleasant experience.

All the guys were very helpful and went the extra mile. They didn't just say, what you see it what we have. The guy in the bathroom section phoned around, checked his system and he eventually found what we were looking for. Even the guy in the locks department went to the stores to get what we wanted. The guy responsible for deliveries was so friendly and helpful, registered a card for us so that we could get a delivery and was so funny and pleasant. We definitely has a very nice experience yesterday and were very happy with all our purchases. Definitely recommend Boksburg Builders Warehouse

Well marked shop, helps with finding your way around easier. Everything is in place and neatly organized. Staff are in their stations and are very willing to help, going the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. Was really impressed with the key cutting service. Even although they didn't have the specific key I required, they were very willing to accommodate my needs and came up with a solution. They explained thouroughly about what i can expect to receive and was made aware of what would happen.
Well done to management and their team..
