Good day
Please find attached an issue that I experienced at your store. You have on the display buy 4 corn dogs for R50, and tell clients that when you get to the till the system will deduct the additional R9.96 automatically. Lo and behold, your system did not. However and this raises the question. How is it that companies are allowed to 'make' these mistakes. If it is not picked up then they put an extra R20 in their pockets. Is it not the same as someone walking in and taking something and walking out without paying.???? With petrol prices as it is it would be crazy to just drive to them for the R20, could it be that that is what they are bargaining on?? I we as clients take without paying, we get in trouble, yet if companies take what is not theirs then it is ok??? I was informed by the person that took my call that I may come at my next visit and they will refund me. But a week from now, they will have forgotten about their promotion and like most state that they have a limited time refund policy. This is not just these guys but happens across the board. Why do we as consumers just accept this, fair is fair. But I will keep this open for an update.
