Very unsafe. Despite being in the midst of a pandemic the staff blatantly ignore basic hygiene ethics. Not only does the staff operate without the mandatory masks, but also wamt to serve you with their hands messed with food!! Unbelievable attitude as well when i asked why no mask, i was told by Thabo that he is eating!! . and i suppose to prove it he ensured he did not wash his hands which was messed with gravy and breadcrumbs.

Service is appalling, sat at the pump while my wife went to the Freshstop, i was ignored and then eventually drove off, reading the reviews here, makes sense, not customer centric at all!
VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Manager is not customer orientated, I returned products that is not fit for human consumption and the manager got so upset that he told me to leave the premisses, this is not acceptable, I will be starting to spread the word in Boksburg and warn people not to visit the service station. I was a service station manager myself for years and very successful due to the fact that my customers was the most important to me.
