Quality of the products are bad - it is clear that ice cream products that melted are freezed again. Service was as useless as you will ever experience.

Very bad.. Ordered dry ice for 10am.. Got there on the day.. No dry ice. Terrible service..

I grew up in Cape Town... And I grew up eating Gatti's.
This outlet is a horrendous disappointment. I bought 3 boxes of favourites and the ice lollies looked nasty, were gooey and just so disappointing. I will not be going back there.
