The checking in was standard, not much hassle. My request to have my twin beds made into a double was not honoured. The room was clean. Hotel is close to airport so there are airplanes frequently flying over. Room has full bathroom. Breakfast left much to be desired. The bacon was drenched in oil, the presentation of the buffet did not look inviting, you will eat because you are hungry. They will offer u alternative to scrambled eggs on request as well as cheese n honey as they are not readily displayed. The staff is friendly and neat on their person. I give a rating of 3 because the establishment is decent but breakfast needs more improvement in terms of presentation and standard.

Quite convenient place close to the biggest airport in the Southern Africa. Very tranquil, you just hear airplane engines as they land. Affordable, safe and clean in the East Rand region.

I’m dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience at this location.the staff was incompetent.the food service was poor and poorly delivered. I stayed one night April 14th. Due to an emergency I could not stay until April 18th as planned.. the check out personnel was unable to refund the payment for April 15-18th. I’m yet to get the manager to process my refund. Not a response to my 2 emails the phone number is always busy. I filled an online complaint and was expecting a response in 48 hrs. 72 hours later I’m still awaiting a response.

Toilet was leaking in one room. A/C wasnt working in both rooms. Rooms had a bad odor everytime its been cleaned.
We stayed at room 318 and the door wouldnt close unless you pulled it hard towards you, and the cleaning people didnt do that, so everyone could walk into our room without a keycard. We mentioned this 2-3 times to the reception, and was told maintenance would cone and fix it, but nobody ever came. So for security reasons we moved our suitcases everyday to the other room we had booked. We asked for another room, but that wasnt possible either..

Friendly staff, good experience and great selection for breakfast. I was a little hesitant after some of the other reviews but the lifts were working, the room was very quiet and I had a good overnight here.

Very friendly service, clean rooms and staff went out of their way with packed breakfast packs due to our early departure. Efficienct transfers from airport and Will definitely stay there again.

Filthy rooms! Bathroom needs bleach! Floor hasn’t been vacuumed and it stinks can actually see dust when you walk on it. You get treated like a prisoner, food is very limited worse than a cafeteria, they won’t let you dish for yourself, even though it’s an open buffet. you can’t eat as much as you want, they limit your food. Waited an hour and a half for food which they then said they gave to someone else.
