I bought a jean at Guess for my husband, I was not sure of the size so one of the Guess team members helped me with the size. Unfortunately, the jean was too big for my husband. My caretaker trough the slip and the tag away but, I do have a VIP store card from Guess and I paid with the card so you can see on the system that I bought the jean by them. I wanted to exchange the jean for the same one just in another size. Firstly, I was told that they were robbed and do not exchange because it could be a stolen item, although I paid with my store card, I explain that that is impossible. After being accused of bringing a stolen item back I was told the jean cannot be exchanged because it was worn. Witch is not true. If it was worn, they sold me a warn item. I was sent away by the store owner/manager. I truly felt bullied by the manager in the situation.
I also bought a handbag from them, not sure of the price more or less R1700 (I do still have the slip). This is a luxurious item that I bought for myself for my 30 birthday. Obviously looking after it very well as it is very expensive. After I have only been using it for a month the sides are coming off at the top of the bad. This is clearly not good quality. I would appreciate it if I could exchange it, but clearly the manager/owner will just be a big .... about it. What a horrible person!
