I don't understand if it is the rule for the patrons to just shout across the room when assisting a customer and speak to a customer as if it's a lost child.

MC Donald's are usually enjoyable because of their friendly and helpful staff. But that's not what I have experienced here, I felt like I was at ShopRite and I didn't know what I wanted, this behaviour is unappealing for me and it's getting tiring.

I am waiting for a matter to be resolved , I will write back

Went through the drive through and asked for a tall filter coffee, received it cold and asked for another. The second one I got was warm and I received it in the old cup that had coffee marks on it. I’m really unhappy

Absolutely the worst mcdonald's I have ever been to. Service is atrocious, waited 20 minutes and when I followed up on my order no-one could provide feedback and it was not on the order board (so it should be complete?). Another 10 minutes and no show of the manager that took my receipt to go look for my food in the kitchen.

The bathroom is worse than at a truck stop. Both taps don't work (one totally broken), toilet leaking onto the floor and no inspection sheet. I don't think it has been cleaned on the day.

Never going again. Very dissapointed with the dry McChicken patty and their McRoyal is disgustingly saulty. Would not reccoment to anyone. Waste of my money.

Paid for a Big Mac meal but only received the chips when i got home. Got all my other order but not the Big Mac meal.

I placed my order and waited 20 min called to the counter to collect but order was incomplete waited another 20min to get 2 mcflurrys but did not get what i ordered waited 10 min by now my meals were cold the they give me same ncflurrys and said they dont have the flavoures but it was on the electronic menu they are rude the alarm was going the whole time i see all the reviews and apologys but what gets done about it

Very poor service from Mcdelivery! First off all the Order took one and a half hours to get to me, the food was cold, the cold drink was watery from the ice that was already meltedand the caramel that supposed to be on the doughnut melted and was underneath it
