Truly disappointed in regards to the quality of food. I recently purchased 2 full chicken from Nandos Sunward park at 17:15 The chicken had no taste and still smelt like raw chicken. Chicken looked boiled and sauce watery. This is the second time i buy chicken from this place and not receive value for money. Packer took my slip and did not return nor put in bag

The drive thru gets really packed on weekend evenings, I've waited for way over half an hour. I'm not surprised though. The food is always great.

The chicken was dry and had been baptized in sauce. Similarly, the potato wedges were also dry and not edible as if they had been the warmer for too long. The service was horrible with the waiter rudely asking us if we will pay for the extra chips to share that we ordered after the wedges proved unpalatable and therefore not edible.

Workers are doing their jobs well with smiles of welcoming on their faces all the time. Service number one.
