I have never been so badly treated by a shop store owner than when I visited the sunward lifestyle Postnet. I simply asked why they charge for me sending them an email when other Postnets such as Parkrand don’t I was then answered very rudely by the store owner I was absolutely shocked by this. I would never recommend this store.

On Saturday 12 March 2020 I encountered an employee who insisted that my USB has a problem even though the anti-virus scanned it with the result of "No Threats Detected". She then tried to damage my USB by removing it out without "Safely Ejecting" it first.
The manager (blonde lady) and the employee do not understand software and terminology of the Windows system, and act extremely incompetent when asked about it.
Do not bring your USB here, as the staff could seriously mishandle it and your files could get corrupted.

Their products are good, however the staff always seem to be inefficiently trained.

Friendly and well trained stuff. In particular lady by the name of Cee, always deal well with my request and follow my instructions well. She is well capable of working and being part of the team.

Poor handling of packages, I had two packages sent out from this branch and it was delivered to my clients broken IN THE SAME WEEK.

Upon filing for insurance claim, the manager (blonde hair lady) doesn't take up the matter and ignores all WhatsApp messages even after requesting my bank verification to do a refund. Would highly not recommend this place and would rather use COURIER GUY who takes more diligence and care, CHEAPER and more reliable to having door to door packages.

Seems like big businesses get complacent and forget the customer needs are paramount

I have been using this postnet since they opened. The frontline that is there is friendly. But the blond manager was so rude to me today. I cried the whole day not being able to focus at work. For more info, postnet can contact me or check my Facebook page. I am planning on taking it further as she was totally out of line. She does not belong in the frontline
