OMW where do I begin... ER, what a joke, felt like we were in a public hospital. Dont know why its called a private hospital. Firstly a baby screaming just to find out he has been waiting 3 hours just to see a doctor, we waited 4 hours, and take note this is ER! But while sitting there the nurse at reception has a friend among us with her mother and child, she leaves her station to buy them KFC and there they sit in ER eating KFC between all of us. I even took photos of this as i wanted to take this to the health department. Then they talk to the reception nurse over everyone, it sounded like a shebeen. This is becoming the worst ER i have seen I think even worse then a public hospital. Why pay medical aid?

I was admitted to high care . I want to thank all the staff that took care of me .Especially a big thank you to Sello and Rose.
Really , these nurses were really taking good care of their patients .
Keep up the good work .

I don’t get how you must pay so much money for a hospital that is so poor in service. I don’t understand how a mother and father can not be with their 4 year old child when he is admitted. Does this place have no compassion. Very very poor.

Yerrrrrriiii!!! very very poor Service, they don't deserve even one star... My husband is in pains as I speak, he admitted there on Thursday, they never attend him. He's so much pains. Nurses are so heartless even their useless doctors... PLEASE people don't even think to go there, you'll die in the bad.... Please netcare management close that hospital is useless, unprofessional nurses and doctors... I'm very angry

Sunward Park Netcare Boksburg, what a poor poor service, my partner Sithole T has been admitted thursday night(the 15),the doctor told him he is badly injured, he will go at theatre friday(16), he was told not to eat anything, In the morning around 7am doctor went to him he ddnt say he is nolonger going to the theatre, and then he has been quet ever since,no one explaining anything to him he is just in bed ,moved from one ward to another, no explanation.doctor came in the middle of the night only because he was called by one of the nurses,I gues if not he wouldn't, his explanation was sorry I forgot about you,you'll go to the theatre Saturday around 17:pm, if not,sunday, my question is how do you forget your patient?how possible is that?it's just bad service that's all, isn't the doctor supposed to diarise everything, I believe this is an emergency, but ,and what about infection,s

Best service ever... Mostly thank you for taking care of my daughter in such a hurry... I'm grateful to the paramedic and paediatricians who did wonderful job????

The waiting time at the casualty is insane had to go back home two days in a row and the staff are so relaxed and taking their own time and they are so proud to tell you that you will have to wait plus minus 2 to 3 hours to be attended by the doctor, if a person were to die, it would happen right in front of the nurses and the doctor on duty, this is really not on for a private hospital
