Funny story I don't know my waiters name because I was served by 3 different people but yet the service was still not pleasant. Was fanning flies with my hand until I requested a lamp. There's a lot of gaps where you just sit with no food and no waiter to call for assistance. They are always in a rush . Anyway my son enjoys playing here . So I ordered the waffle as desert ???? its salty . I'm sitting here again waiting to order something to drink for my son 16:44 no waiter in sight (I'm writing this live) still waiting......16:51.....16:58...17:00 at long last .now we wait fir the juice (just juice) ...17:15 ???????????????? . Thank you for coming to this Ted talk ????

We had an awesome Brekkie with a free cuppacino. Breakfast was delicious u0026 the coffee milkshake u0026 latte were just perfect.

Our eggs were done to perfection u0026 the restaurant is spaciously set out with a variety of tables to choose from with indoors u0026 outdoor sections and a lovely play area for the kids.

The plane in the entrance hall is really interesting and cleverly displayed.

We will definitely be back.

We went there almost midday of the last day of the month and it was empty. It's in the evening where you have to either book or wait for a table. Sat on the balcony and we had such a beautiful view of everything below. It was sunny so they opened the umbrella for us. Got a our drinks a few minutes after we ordered them. Last I went the waiter opened the can in front of me and poured the drink for me, I was kind of looking forward to that, but it didn't happen this time. Our food came shortly after, my partner had the Alfredo pasta, and I had 250g of pork ribs with creamed spinach and chips. My partner was quite impressed with the Alfredo, very impressed. My ribs were perfectly done, and saucy. Papachinos staff is really kind, from your reception to when you leave. Washrooms are clean and well kept. So it the whole place. Chairs and table were already clean when we walked to them.

I had a lovely experience. However just a few things. 1. Our waiter was extremely slow, lost, confused we really didnt know what going. 2. Their sushi is terrible. The manager is the sweetest and their meat is wonderful

Great variety makes it difficult to choose. All the menu items are winners. Excellent service, great atmosphere and well prepared lovely food. Go back again and again. A favorite.

Fabulous restaurant to enjoy a high standard of Italian cuisine. Massive playground for kids to play, with caretakers observing them. Lots of seating inside and outside. The prices are average, but on Mondays it’s half price on all pizzas and pastas. Totally worth it! Fantastic and friendly service. Booking a table especially on Mondays are recommended if you have preferences or groups. Loads of parking space.

Lovely enviroment for all family members including kids. Various options on the menu to choose though quite pricey but worth it as the food is delish. You can also host kids birthday events as they have their own pizza making area to explore preparing their own pizzas and a lovely play area for them. The ambience is always warm with friendly and attention to detail staff. One thing that surprised me though was the service charge of R161 added to our bill as I have never experienced it before in any of the restaurants. I was told that it's a tip. Anyway, we paid it and more as the service was excellent.
