Kiosk system easy and simple to use very well laid out with pictures and options to add and remove items and sause as well as staff is helpful and really friendly and fast ,drive thru a bit slow but still fantastic

I have never been disappointed and heartbroken at the same time like this

I am at work and I ordered online and the order went through around 6pm.......I was ordering for my kids at home.

I gave strict instructions for the driver to call when he gets to the gate.*No Driver Came*

On my app the order recorded that it was delivered..... I tried to call this store noone picked my call..... I had to call helpline and I used over R100 airtime trying to get food for my kids and still I did get any help...

It's better to call and say you can't help me than to go quiet on a Customer after paying for the food and buying airtime to get help for something I paid for

Best service ever, a little slow in the morning but fresh food and excellent service but be careful to come with loose money because in the morning there's no change

Waited over 45 mins for Pap and gravy with the most attention being paid to the Uber drivers and drive through services.

Solution: conduct a trend analysis report to distinguish between your peak and off peak times. Then increase staff compliment during peak periods - I stand corrected,but the store has 3 tills which can be fully utilized to take orders. Only 1 cashier was taking orders which means only 1/3 of your resources (yills) were used. Add more staff at the back to attend to the orders.
The "Month-end" rush can no longer be accepted as an excuse when your other franchises manage it better.

Ps: free advise... disregard at your own discretion

At the drive thru, the intercom was not working, waited in the que for over a half hour, then finally got to paying and waited about 20 min to get the food at next window. Sadly in a drive thru one could not just leave and had no choice but to wait. Was told they were short staffed. Disgusting service

Ok we ordered On the 24 th July ,we ordered The delivery deal where you get 2 x 1.5 L less sugar coldrink ,Ok so the delivery driver came to the gate and i said you forgot the drinks , He said Eish and never returned ,Ok so monday morning we get a call from sunward park KFC ,WE WILL DELIVER the drinks today """" Ok i thing another eish will come ,We are still waiting """" Lets see tommorow if another Eish will come """" This is bad service ,I suguest we go on facebook and add all our complaints and everyone that has the same problem with KFC sunward Park ,We phoned customer service and i also think eish is working there so nothing came of it""I wonder if the drinks will come after the chicken is long gone down the toilet'""" Sunward Park you need serious managers to be trained in customer care, But i guess If the chicken was not so dry without the coldrink i would have not complained ,Think"
