Worst Pizza Hut I've ever been too. Probably the worst pizza we've eaten. Pizzas are bland and super doughy. If these are thin base then the thick base must be like a bunny chow. Tastes like mixed toppings on a slice of bread. Plus the uninterested teller was so switched off. Looked like she was eager to go home because its a public holiday. Had to repeat my order 3 times, plus I ordered chips which was never recorded for some reason and did not want to wait another 20-25 minutes to get them. Very poor. Stay away and save yourself the unpleasant experience.

The pizzas were not very tasty. They were quite bland actually and defininitely needs more tomato base and salt. They could also have been cooked for 5 more minutes. The base was a bit underdone. Having said that, the delivery service was fantastic. The gentleman on the phone said we would have the pizzas in half an hour, but they arrived in under 30 minutes.

This must be the worst place to get something to eat. The pizzas itself is really nice but when it gets to the service when you even get service is shocking. I can not see where you must almost walk into the kitchen to get someone to place your order with. Then while you waiting the music is so loud that the staff shouts at each other and making jokes. I could see our pizzas at the end of the oven waiting to be put into boxes but the staff is chatting to each other so much that the pizzas is actually getting cold. Sorry but that was the last time that establishment saw us. If i could give 0 stars I would.

Super efficient method of making pizzas. Staff is friendly and helpful, BUT, from a personal point of view, I did not enjoy the taste of the pizza at all. The dough seems chewy, and the pizzas are not particularly tasty.

Placed an order online for delivery, phoned to follow up, was told they were offline (yet my payment was processed) and would contact me back. I had to phone the call centre twice as no feedback received from the branch. The call centre was told I would have my order delivered in 30 mins which also didn't happen timeously.

Time from placing order to delivery u003d 1hour 40mins.

Was given a number of the "boss" who also didn't answer..

Ordered online, arrival time was approximately 18:35. I waited until 19:00 to call about my order and spoke to the manager who told me it is on it's way. I live less than 5 minutes away. 15 minutes later I called again and they said they are still waiting for a driver.
