All I can say is what a disappointment Steers Key Largo!! I placed my order through the app (as I always do with the same information I always use) and waited over 2HRS for my food to be delivered! I spend over 20MIN with customer service who could not assist me, the restaurant manager who was not helpful and the driver who did not even know where he was going! This is the 4th time this has happened! I literally live 5min away from Key Largo and communication was extremely poor so there was really no excuse! If I could cancel my order I would have but I had already paid online (as always)...
In the same night I demand a fresh order with a full refund as that is what the ethical thing is to do! I did not receive a fresh order as my food was delivered ice cold nor did I receive my refund! There was no Apology from the restaurant or the driver after my food was delivered therefore there is no leadership skills - The worst part is nobody is willing to take responsibility! I come from a family with restaurant background so I know what it is all about and this service is not up to standards!
I will be sure to never use Steers Key Largo again nor will my whole family!
