It's a good gym and the staff are helpful on most days. The admin process can require patience and perseverance, but the facility is more than worth it as a Vitality member - couldn't afford it otherwise for both my wife and I.
Would love to see an introduction of more equipment, but what they have is enough.

The best gym in the East! Spacious inside and largest free weight/bodybuilding section by far! The cardio section is also just as big. Very convenient business hours too!

My experience with Virginia active has been a really poor start as by debit orders weren't going off, I catch up with payments, then back to square square one, whereas it's my fault that debit orders weren't pulling through....

Almost left the gym...

Kennedy Karabo saved the gym from losing someone and really went out his way to ensure I needs were met...
Please share the feedback with the ret of the team as he really understands the importance of business....

Let's hope that I don't encounter any further problems with my debit orders...

Virgin active boksburg where do I begin.
Never/ rarely answers their phones.
Updates made to our accounts neglected.
Giving us false information about status of our accounts.
Closed an hour before their stated closing time.

Always happy to help us but only if its in their best interests. More than happy to take my money but never fulfills their duties/promises/requested tasks set out by none other than the CUSTOMER.

Thank you virgin active for making my monthly budgeting even harder with debit orders that never go off when stated and from the wrong accounts aswell. Truely job well done.

Never seem to be able to answer a phone call or give a proper answer when asking a question. I am quite disappointed as I joined the branch due to the fact that it was marketed to be the best and I did enjoy it but it is off putting when you have an inquiry and you get a rude answer. The staff are quite rude too, with one or two being the exception.

Great gym, nice staff, good decent equipment, though in peak times equipment/machines might be rarely available as a lot of people come in to work out.

Good amount of treadmills and weights.

Gym equipment/machines is checked now and then, some equipment might be out of order or not functioning though it gets checked, and is fixed in a period of time that it doesn't cause people to get annoyed with the time it takes to get fixed.

Very clean when I enter the mens bathroom and if you forgot something just talk to reception, they are honest and help you where and when you need it.

Had some problems with my account being overcharged, with all the calling Head office a couple of times, do expect a delay for your problem to be fixed when contacting head office for account payment reasons. It's all sorted now thanks to the staff at the front desk for taking my problem I've beem struggling to get sorted out with.
