Great gym and affordable. Just wish they would update their machines and weights. Could use an upgrade. Convenient as the centre itself is not busy.

Unfortunately no plans made for loadshedding. If there is no electricity, they close the gym. Pretty pathetic in this day and age of loadshedding

Great place to go train, it’s in a nice, peaceful area, also have a place watch your children while you are training. I just wish and hope they upgrade their gym equipment soon.

Complain often about equipment. Even asked them to do regular checks and not wait for Customers to point it out! The yoga class on Sunday is really good and the instructor is great ????

Crappiest gym in SA. The equipment is never maintained and remains broken for months on end. I encourage everyone wanting to join to rather go to planet fitness which is close by. I'm sick and tired for this gym being neglected. The low row machine has been broken for a month and a half, the 45 degree row machine is broken. The steppers are broken, the cable machines have weights that stick. the leg extension machines often have the cables snap. I've been a member for many years and I pay more than people who join first time. Virgin Active Sunward Park is below any kind of gym standards. Pathetic. In fact Virgin Active is the WORST grm franchise in SA. They are not customer focussed but are thieves. I have been a member for many years and it is sad to say but I wish they close down. Virgin active do not deserve any customers. We are not valued. Also your personal information is not safe. They have been hacked have still not been able to rectify the issues that have arisen from the hacking.
