Go here everyday 5 days a week. Friendly staff, variety of equipment. Always clean and great music if you forgot your earphones. The view of the ocean while on the treadmill is incredible. You feel comfortable working out here. I love this gym.

The only Gym in Gordon's Bay. Adeqaute equipment, not much in the sense of personlised workout plans or instructors.
However it is very close to my house and convenient.

Definitely the best Gym in the whole of the Cape. Your instructors becomes your friend, your home away from home with the most beautiful views you've ever seen. Highly recommend them.
