I went there for a free session washed in cold water only 2 showers were working the bathrooms are so dirty eish worse experience ever!
The equipments are old the judo mat is so dirty these people dont spend money on their own business but wants money from the people greedy people!

Where do I even start?worse gym ever they expect you to wash in cold water after a workout session this is not a gym to recommend to anyone there is leaking in the gym no air conditioning it’s freezing and let me not get started with the old equipments from mustang sports gym all these new owners did was come in and change the prices I miss the good old mustang sports gym times with the amazing instructor such as David and coach Chris the old owners should come back!!!!

I joined this gym because I didn't want contracts, so I took a special of R1000 for 6 months and I'm enjoying it. Best affordable gym around Parow

A traditional gym with a no-gimmicks attitude. I appreciate that it's independent and cheap but it's also unprofessional. On some days it opens late, its hours are too abbreviated on weekends, and every holiday is an excuse for it to be closed. The showers barely have any water coming out of them. Some of the machines are broken or have parts missing. I wanted to support this place but why should I if they don't even support themselves?

Excellent coaches, professional athletes, old school gym I can appreciate. Great team, and serious about
boxing. Basically, you do what you need to be doing. Get fit.

Don't expect much. It's an old school/hardcore vibe, and keeping that in mind it's a great place. Low prices, good classes offered and excellent instructors, a real friendly bunch. Overall there is room for improvement, hence the 4 stars.
