I am at Nando’s as in now ???? I am not happy at all, I ordered burgers and shake, they mixed shake with ice blocks, I can feel the ice blocks while I squeeze it, it’s tasteless ???? what a waste of my money ????the it’s so tasteless I can’t even finish it ????

The service was very efficient. Very friendly staff and the restaurant has large spacious area for dining. Restrooms were very clean. I ordered a full chicken dish and I was however not impressed. The chicken was too small. There is limited parking space close to the food outlet.

Ordered an order online, when I got home and opened bag both bags of chips were well below the top , not sure if it's a settling issue from. The drive , complained to customer service they said they would contact the store and get back to me never heard from anyone again, EDIT , this matter was never solved and owner thought I was joking and spreading fake news, well sir neither me or my family have ever been back to your store ans doubt we ever will

You deserve half a star if there was an option. Burnt food, not what I'm used to???? it tastes horrible this is not even near Mozam paprika I don't know what it is. Very dissatisfied I mean this is the simplest item on the menu how do you get it wrong???????????? Service very slow ordered online and arrived there few minutes after the ET but still waited for 20 minutes though the restaurant wasn't even too busy .

I didn't think I would ever say this.... but this is the worst service ever received from a Nandos branch... the staff were so busy having a conversation with each other, at one point shouting so loud it sounded like a shebeen. The cashier did not even look one bit interested in what I had to say.
I bought a pulled chicken wrap extra hot with pineapple for take away, my mistake was to not check my order while still in store. I got a normal wrap, no pineapple and not extra hot. I checked my slip to see if maybe they made a mistake while taking my order, but no, it was I said but got the complete opposite. Absolutely disgusting service and a branch that I will NEVER return to and make sure that everyone I know does not go there.

Ordered 3 meals 2 was spicy rice with strips and veg.

Cashier rang it up as normal strips and rice. This is the 4th time they done this at parow branch.

Previously they gave a kiddies burger meal with no chips.

Called the manager Victor the time I got home as I drove a distance to buy the food and couldn't come back. Manager said he will sort it out and I must let him know when I'm in the area over the weekend.

I called him now and he said I must come around when I am passing by.

He called me back asking me to bring the food I bought 2 DAYS ago back and he will replace the meal.

This manager did not mention anything on Friday to keep the food rather he said he will sort it out.

Now he tells me I must bring the food back and they will replace. How can I keep the food for 2 days or until I'm in area again to bring it back?????

Please note this is the 4th time they mess up my order and fail to compensate a customer for THEIR incorrect actions.

Manager says the lady by the till is new but doesn't mitigate for her moody behavior when helping the customers.

I'd expect better from this nandos as the Manager says that his manager asked to bring the food back.

Nandos parow you have just lost a 10 year old customer!

Not only did the food look unappetising, it also tasted terrible and dry. I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to trying out the meal I ordered for the first time
