Great tasting food, with some awesome specials on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays along with a few other specials making it quite a financially pleasant experience. The one big con however has to be the waiting period or turn around time for placed orders, I feel the kitchen takes to long to prepare even a simple or basic pizza.

They are great with kids, the lady in the kids play area keeps them safe and interacts with them, making sure they don't wonder out of the play area.
I waited for service and eventually had to wave at a waiting helping another table. Sifiso helped place my order and he was great. I asked for a cappuccino with my meal, it came too early. I asked to bring it back when my I got my meal, it never came.
I pointed out that I did not receive my cappuccino and Sifiso went above and beyond, gave me a cup at no extra charge.

1 of our favorites. But after recent experiences must say I'm a wee bit disappointed. Don't think I'll be going breakfast time again. And then a few days ago tried them again, had the prawn an mussel pasta and to my horror the prawns were off. The manager guy not the lady was very apologetic. Needless to say, will never be visiting Panarottis Parow again.

I am currently here for all you can eat Thursdays and I have been staring at an empty plate. There hasn't been a single pizza's in circulation for the last 10 minutes! The service is super slow and the pizza hasn't been great. I have been to better Panarottis restaurants before.

Took 2,5 hours to bring our food. Very few people were in the restaurant. Absolutely outraged. Didn't get our starters or drinks. Some desserts came before the mains. Horrible. Unfriendly staff.
