Worst ever. Waited 1,5hrs for four chicken schnitzels. Only 2 tables. Chicken dry, chips cold and tasteless, onion rings too crispy and no taste. Cheese and mushroom sauce nice. Tomato sauce bottle empty. Bad service. Two pieces of copper wire in wife's schnitzel. Showed the barman who just said he's never seen that before. Well, you will never see me again. Chef should be fired.

Karaoke nights are fun and I like the sokkie music in between. They saw us sokking to one song and they immediately turned the music up for us and proceeded to play more sokkie music, was super sweet. However the food does take awhile to arrive but it was delicious when it did

I'm sure it's great for what it's meant for, but don't expect to go there for a quick meal on a Saturday, despite their quite varied menu and good prices. We got there when they opened at 11, ordered almost immediately but waited almost 2 hours for food. When it arrived, it was really good - but cold. Even the coffees took half an hour... Rather go for drinks and the vibe.

I ordered my x2 Pizza's a Double Bacon and a Jalapeño Pizza andx a bacon and cheese burger. I spent R309. 00 on my order. My friend ordered 'n minute before me and got his pizza's 20 minutes earlier than me. I waited almost an hour for my food. When I got my pizza's it was cold. The staff is also extremely rude. I wanted them to follow-up on my order and I was told you have to wait for the light to go on. So what it means is your order will be ready when it's ready. The service is non exsistant and I will not be going back there ever again. I was refferred to Bok lounge by a friend and first impressions always last the service is shockingly appaling.

We ordered the 1kg Snitzel on Saturday night and the chicken and larger chips were great, jyst a bit salty. Tonight we bought two x 1kg chicken snitzels, it were overcooked and the chips were reheated, very hard. Next time we will eat at the lounge and send it back

Im a big supporter of the Bok Lounge in Brackenfell u0026 I love the work you guys do.

I would like to point out however that the bouncers employed are abusive and disrespectful

I love the food you guys do and the awesome prices but I'd like to feel safe when I come through and so far It's been nothing but crazy,

Also big up to Rudolf! Amazing manager and overall the reason I always come back.
