Great service and the staff very Friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and has a great flavour, I'm having the hot pot with rice sjoe the heat coming thru. The wait time was minimal and wasn't too busy.

Very dissapointing. I got a chicken wrap with peri chips. I was looking forward to it the hole week.
1. There was no sause on my chicken it was like it was just boiled
2. Added salad (probably teaspoon as there was nothing in)
3. My order was wrong. I wanted slaw and not salad anyway
4. My wrap was not even closed correctly and looked manhandled.
5. There was so little chicken in I am still hungry

I always get this at canal walk I have never been disappointed.

Only reason I am giving it 2 and not 1 is because the chips was perfect

Food little service delivery terrible. Not great value for money and and waiting period way to long.

Nando's is doing much better, I had some bad experiences but they up there game. I have lots of respect for a restaurant that ups there game if they didn't perform well. Nicely done Nando's Brackenfell.

What a waste of time, Nandos shut down your drive thru please... That took so long!!! And the service was soooo bad! How do you get my order wrong 3 times? And 2 time still after looking at the receipt? How???

You spend more money in that drive thru than going inside.

Shocking! Shut it down

They ask me to contact them, they call me to tell me they going to call me.... then they don't call me.

Continuosly making errors with our veggie meal orders as my partner is vegetarian. Always adding chicken to the veggie meals we order. Complained to management about it, did not offer any compensation. Just said sorry thats all. Waste of our time and money

Just got home and discovered I got a 3/4 chicken instead of a full chicken. Not the first time I had items missing in my order at this branch.
