McDonald's Brackenfell Drive-Thru

So my order was placed at 21:02pm.. by 21:29pm all that was on the counter was 3 cokes. After complaining about the service, and another lady stating she's been waiting 35min for 3 drinks the staff was slow, and i mean really slow to respond. Other clients also started complaining.

I had 3 guys waiting in my vehicle all who had been working since 07:00am and still had to be dropped at home, all very hungry... and eventually all dissatisfied and disappointed. When we got to the first guy's house in Khyalitsha, he came straight to my window and complained(22:08pm) We ordered chicken mcmeals and they all got regular beef mcmeals. ALL of them ice cold and the garnish looked 2 days old. Needless to say hungry as they where they ate it anyway. So no photos to post. I phoned my wife and asked her to take photos before they ate(dropped the food off on my way to khayalitsha)

I ordered extra items for my kids and wife and when i got home i figured its probably not as bad as they described... here are the pics...

The double cajun chicken burger had no chicken, its beef
And theres no garnish, just cheese, 3 moerse pieces jalapeño and a bit of sauce... see image from their website attached as reference as to what it SHOULD look like!!

All in all some of the worst service i have ever experienced. Will be stopping by very soon to have a chat to the manager.

Ps: its been 5 days since my complaint to mcdonalds a d no one has botbered to look into the matter.. shocking!!!

Earlier this evening I bought 3x choc Sundays via the drive-through and the ice-cream was empty almost, and also hardly ANY SAUCE. After asking politely for more (ice cream u0026 sauce) the servant went away, letting the ice cream melt, and after returning just said the chocolate box is empty and kept repeating the words "I'm sorry, I'm sorry", as if its the only words the he can muster.
After asking for spoons, seeing that he forgot the give them u0026 serviettes, he tried to give me opened units which was just laying on the counter (from my point of view).

I'll never be returning to your branch, especially seeing that this kind of service keeps happening EACH time we go there. It is truly BEYOND PATHETIC!! We never experience this kind of service at other McD branches. I’ve also left reviews on various web site including Facebook.

Ordered a Boerie burger meal and so disappointed. No effort was made to this meal. No lettuce fried onions, cheese as displayed on the drive thru pic. All I got was a bun with tomato sauce and a burnt burger, R57 I paid for this nonsense. Really bad service, you won’t be seeming me around there anymore.

At time of post 14:57, still waiting, 38min for 4nuggets, 2 junior cheese burgers and 2 soft drinks...
EDIT: 15:14, Finally got my order... If the food was not for my kids, I would have left long ago

I don't really have complaint about the service. They don't really smile. They dont really look happy to be there but the service is quick so no complaints there. Only thing is we ordered for sit down and my husband ordered the double cheese burger meal and got a cold burger when they told us to have a seat and they will bring it. My food was warm and very yummy but the chips were old and cold .

Other than that no complaints at all.

A great McD for breakfast but not for anything after that if you value warm food and cripsy fries. Also it says 24 hour outside, but when I took a peek in at 00:30 there's a graveyard shift going - and they're waving people away.

They make the best frappe, compared to the other branches, they don't add to much ice blocks in the frappe, it's amazing :)
