Dominoes losing its touch!
Order went through system but not made, waiter reprocessed and gave a free 2L coke to make up for it.

Well I was absolutely surprised by the outstanding service and showmanship of Domino's Pizza Brackenfell.

You can see the entire process of how they make your pizza.

They even have a dedicated spot for kids to see what they do.

The pizza's was great.

Our experience as a family was even greater at this venue!!

YUM YUM! Love their pizza bases. We took the thick base, ate three slices each and was stuffed! So yummy. And for an electric oven pizza, it was sure as hell the best. watch out Romans!!!!

We've always ordered our pizza's from Dominoes because it was good and toppings were fair, but the past couple of times the toppings has become less and less. Tonight we ordered a pizza with 2 toppings, and upon arriving at home found that it only had 1 topping. The 2nd pizza also had very little topping on. The only pizza that was topped ok was the 3 cheeses. We basically ate 90% bread. We couldn't go back to let them know due to an appointment. I'm very disappointed. I don't think I'll order there very soon... If ever.

The pizzas are always delicious and the staff are always super friendly. Their delivery service is top notch. My go-to pizza place. Would confidently recommend this to anybody.

Went to the shop about maybe a week ago and I ordered 2 pizzas. One waa supposed to be thick base and the other thin , both ended up being thin base even though I confirmed with the lady taking my order twice which pizza was to have which base. Not super impressed.

I have wanted to make a review about Dominos Brackenfell for awhile. I never make reviews and all that but I felt I had to.

The only fast food I eat is pizza and I really enjoy the taste of the Dominos pizza. I have ate at a multiple of dominos in different areas. But the Dominos in Brackenfell is on another level in terms of customer service. They should be an example of what the fast food experience should be like.

I once accedently ordered two pizzas online and they were so relaxed about it- no hassle.

I once ordered online and it did not go through(I wanted the deal) and when I got there the person said they would start making the pizza while I make the order online again. Then my phone was kicking me off the whole time. And this person working there(with a smile) said she would order it on her phone so that I can pay with the deal(she didn’t know that I had enough for the deal and not more so I was worried. She did it with my just saying- “it keeps kicking me off”) but she was calm and did not make any fuss. I have so many more examples of times they were just relaxed and handled any problem in seconds. The pizza is always great but what makes me go every single time is the hospitality.

It has got to a point where I think her name is Yolanda comes out from the back to say hello to me and this makes me feel so welcome. Her smile and all the other smiles from Brackenfell dominos really make it worth coming back. So many other fast food restaurants do not even acknowledge my existence. But Brackenfell dominos always smiles and if there is a problem I need do nothing because they will go beyond to help me.

Again I’m not one to ever comment or do reviews but I felt that with all the times they have helped me and smiled I really had to take some times to comment.

Love the pizza and love the people.
