Had a voucher for my birthday which I wanted to use. Ordered via the app for collection and there was nowhere to enter the voucher code. When I got to the restaurant I informed them and they refused to let me obtain the voucher discount. They charged me full amount. There was another voucher available for the same amount and they refused to honour that either. Will never use this restaurant.

I have placed an order for a cram decker pizza. I requested for certain toppings to be removed like tomato, onion and any peppers. And then to be replaced with extra feta cheese. When I paid for my order and then I found out that certain toppings was removed but the extra feta was not added as I asked the lady twice and even to confirm my order. When I spoke to the manager she said sorry but the call center logged the order. When I turned my back she and her staff made jokes behind my back, this is very unprofessional from a big company.My pizza had very little toppings on and the bottom layer had almost no toppings at all.
Even for a manager to make fun of customers and the staff laughing and talking behind one's back. Pathetic you will never see my money again!I will post my complaint on Hello Peter and on Facebook and Twitter ect. Debonairs your service and your staff sucks at Brackenfell branch.I have called the call center to lodge a complaint and told them the story. The call center said that they would get back to me after 5 minutes as they need to check the call recordings which they never did.Bad service and bad pizza stay far away from them if you don't want to be disappointed.

What a dissapointment !
Pizza's soaked with so much sauce and almost no topping.

Horrible horrible. Late delivery, cold disheveled food and not even custard on the desert as promised. Either close your store, lower your price or your customers expectations because the service and food are horrible.

Ordered a pizza at 18:30 .

At 20:15 pizza still hasnt arrived so I had to drive over there and the pizza was just laying on their counter.

Terrible service.

This was my R200 triple decker from debonairs brackenfell
Pizza not cut
Burnt
Too dry
It looks like it was made in the morning and left there to dry

I'm sitting there waiting for the order they busy chatting in the kitchen and the order was out already I don't weather was supposed to fect it for my self over the counter few minutes later I asked they did recognize that I'm there they all laughing walking up and down in the store that time of the night
