Had a birthday party with my niece and her friends with the parents. It was a great experience with the staff they were very attentive and helpful. They had party packs and the meals were great value for the price and the kids were entertained the whole time.

We went to the Navaho Spur in Brackenfell on the 14th of February 2022.

It was the Valentines Day rush but luckily we didn't wait long to be seated.

COVID-19 protocols were followed in Spur.

We ordered the Monday Night Burger Specials and the double thick bar one and Kit Kat milkshake.

Sadly the milkshake was a complete fail. It wasn't thick at all.

The patty on the burger I ordered was burnt. You could taste the rib patties was burnt and it was really tasteless.

Our waitress was very friendly otherwise.

The staff are friendly, professional, looks nice and clean in the restaurant. Covid protocals apply. We enjoyed the food as a family dinning at the restaurant. The starter which was the buffulo wings spicy was a little dry but otherwise it was not a bad. The manager didn't come around and do what they normally do at all the Spur restaurants, check on the customer. I saw him go past our table to the next and asking is everything OK and it was very surprising to me.

Waiter was friendly and always ready to help. Even when asked to take fotos from the group he was earger.He kept us happy throughout our stay there. Would always go back again..We love Navaho Spur Steak Ranch Brackenfell.

I'd like to share my experience at Navaho spur today.

I made a very late booking for my 2 year olds birthday. She was teething so she wasn't feeling that great so we didn't have much hope.

But I was so delighted at the service I got at this branch. From our on point waitress to the manager Nigel and the food. Nigel went out of his way to ensure my little girl had the BEST stay at their branch. He was caring and friendly it felt like a dear friend was helping us. I will most definitely be back just because of that man. He is an employee and person 1000!

Really unhappy with what I got on my plate. Quesadilla with a 120grams of chicken apparently. Do not recommend coming to this spur. I’ve eaten this from a different spur and did not look as disappointing like this.

Friendly staff accompanied the Spur menu, offering their favourite steaks and burgers. The vast size of this Spur had ample room for diners to sit wrll apart as prescribed under Covid requirements.
